20 Paleo Recipes for Spring

Spring in Colorado means high winds, sudden snow storms, and also lots of beautifully warm days that encourage green things to start peeking up through the sea of brown.  As I start the yard and garden clean up I am counting the new patches of green, and watching the strawberry plants come to life.  It’s always exciting.  In honor of spring produce–some of my favorites–I put together a round of up Paleo and Primal recipes that use spring vegetable and fruits.  There are some sweet, some savory, some sides, and some main dishes in here–a few from my own blog, and several from others.  Enjoy!

    I was just in Colorado over the weekend! It was rather unendingly brown, but I had some great food in Aurora, Denver, and Le Veta… green chile on everything, please!

      Yes! Green Chile makes absolutely everything better. It is definitely still brown, but more green peaking through. I keep staring at the ground in an encouraging manner.
