A Real-Food Thanksgiving Roundup

If you are still planning your menu, consider adding in some new favorites, made with unprocessed, whole foods.  Some starters that anyone will love include Brie and Pistachio Stuffed Mushrooms:

If you like to start with a soup, or if you want a great vegetarian main dish option, try this Roasted Carrot and Parsnip Soup:

For some great side dishes, how about some Maple-Orange Glazed Brussels Sprouts:

And, of course, my last post is begging to be added a side, the Sweet Potatoes with Cranberry Butter.  If you are a traditionalist, Anne’s Butter and Bourbon Glazed Turkey would be a great main dish, or try some Buffalo Short Ribs with Braised Vegetables, instead.  A Stone Fruit Tart or some Coconut Custard, Baked in a Pumpkin would be a fun way to finish the meal.
